How to manage sponsors
Adding a new sponsor:
Click Add Sponsor and fill in the company name, their sponsorship tier, and website URL.
For the logo, go to the sponsor's website, right-click their logo image, and choose "Copy Image Address" (Chrome/Edge) or "Copy Image Link" (Safari). Paste that into the Logo URL field. If you leave it blank, we'll show their initials instead.
Click Save. The sponsor will appear immediately on the public Sponsors page.
Editing a sponsor (wrong tier, URL changed, etc.):
Click the ✏️ Edit button next to the sponsor, make your changes, and click Save.
Removing a sponsor:
Click the 🗑 Delete button. This cannot be undone, but you can always re-add them.
Tiers (affects badge color and what benefits they receive):
Spartan = $1,000 · Platinum = $750 · Gold = $300 · Maroon = $100
These sponsors appear on the public Sponsors page.

How the store works
Online sales are off by default. When disabled, the Spirit Wear page shows a friendly "coming soon" message and directs visitors to upcoming events or the Send Payment page.
To enable online ordering: flip the toggle below to ON, then make sure all your items are active.
Adding/editing items: Use the table below to add new products, change prices, or hide items without deleting them.
Sizes: Enter as a comma-separated list, e.g. YS, YM, YL, AS, AM, AL, AXL. Leave blank for one-size items.
Online Sales
When ON, visitors can browse and add items to cart. When OFF, store shows a "coming soon" message.
Products
Active items appear in the store. Inactive items are hidden but not deleted.

⚙️ Connect Backend & Payments
Follow these steps once to enable shared cloud data and Square payments.

Create a free Supabase project
Go to supabase.com, sign up for free, and create a new project.

Run the database setup SQL
In your Supabase project, go to SQL Editor and run the contents of supabase-setup.sql.

Add your credentials to index.html
In index.html, find the CONFIG block near the top of the script and fill in:
supabase_url → Project Settings → API → Project URL
supabase_key → Project Settings → API → anon/public key
square → Your Square payment link URLs
paypal_me → Your PayPal.me username

Create Square payment links
In Square Dashboard → Payments → Payment Links, create one link per membership tier. Set amounts to the grossed-up prices to pass fees to members. Paste each URL into the CONFIG block.
